Managing to stay awake on an hour and about 30ish minutes of sleep within the last 48 hours; I got ZERO sleep last night. No joke. My brain feels mushy right now (when doesn’t it, right?).

So. Damn. Tired.

This time, I am serious. I haven’t slept in over 24 hours. Don’t ask me how or why … but it’s true. I dozed off around 7am this morning but it was very light and I kept waking up, so the ‘hour’ I want to say I got, wasn’t really sleep. I have no idea why I didn’t sleep last night. • I hate feeling annoyed very first thing in the morning. Work is having our front courtyard repaved (they paid some company to do it last year and it was already all cracked after this winter and we barely had a winter this year!). Annnnnd, we're home. It was a nice day and a half away. Before we left Tuesday, I met Trisha at Starbucks and we had a great time hanging out and chatting/laughing for two hours. There were these tiny birds (finches?) hoping around all over the place and one finally stopped long enough for me to snap a couple of photos (pictured below).

I feel absolutely exhausted. I haven't been able to sleep too well the last few days, thanks to my air conditioner sounding like it's grinding up baby kittens. It's ... awful. I really need to stop being so cheap (to save up for more books) and go buy a new one... this one is obviously on it's last breath.

I had such an awful night of sleep. I am not sure what it was I ate last night (I only had some ramen noodle, perhaps it was ‘bad’), but I felt extremely horrible all night. Weirdest dream. Probably brought on by the fact that we were talking about old times yesterday from when we were kids. Man, the stories I could tell. Basically, I dreamed that my mom and I were coming to America [when I actually came I was a little over 1 years old so dont remember it].
